Meet Olatunbosun Amao

Olatunbosun Amao is a Nigerian-Canadian business executive, filmmaker, and strategist whose work sits at the intersection of investment, storytelling, and platform building. As Founder and CEO of Twinlux Homes, he leads a growing real estate platform focused on ethical development, investor confidence, and long-term wealth creation across Nigeria and North America.

With an academic foundation in Political Science and an MBA in Finance from the University of Bologna (Bologna Business School), Olatunbosun brings a global, systems-driven perspective to real estate development, capital structuring, and cross-border partnerships. His training equips him to navigate regulation, governance, and market dynamics, critical pillars for sustainable property investment.

Beyond entrepreneurship, Olatunbosun holds senior leadership responsibility in business systems and enterprise transformation at a major Canadian credit union. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), with deep expertise in execution discipline, risk management, operational governance, and large-scale program delivery. These competencies directly inform how Twinlux Homes approaches land acquisition, project structuring, investor protection, and delivery assurance.

Alongside his corporate career, Olatunbosun is an accomplished filmmaker and cultural storyteller. Through Bosun Amao Productions, he has produced and directed award-winning projects, including A Different Lens, which received the Jury Award for Best Short Film (North America) at the Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival. His feature film Troublous Weekend premiered in 2024, and he executive-produced Black Mail, a commercially successful title screened across more than 100 cinemas in Canada, the UK, and Nigeria.

This creative background strengthens his leadership philosophy, bringing vision, authenticity, and human-centred thinking into business. It also underpins Twinlux Homes’ commitment to community-aware development, storytelling-driven brand trust, and meaningful engagement with diaspora investors.

Olatunbosun also serves as Vice President of BEST Film Studios, where he helps shape strategy, programming, and industry partnerships to build sustainable creative ecosystems for Black filmmakers globally.
